She was born August 9, 1945 in Roane County and was a member of Victory Baptist Church. Phyllis loved her family and was a wonderful caregiver for many of them. She attended Emory Heights Baptist Church in Harriman and had a deep devotion for the Lord and enjoyed Bible study with all her heart. She would decorate for every holiday and occasion. He retired in 1998 and moved back to Kingston but enjoyed traveling back to California in the winter for several years. Buddy drove over a million miles, driving long distance freight, with the last 20 years, moving heavy equipment. He loved to travel with his wife in their motor home after retirement. He traveled in 48 states, as well as Canada & Mexico. Buddy drove a truck for Robert Sigmon, El Centro, California, Empire Equipment in Imperial, California and retired at the age of 65 from AWZ in Hemet, California.

He was a United States Army veteran who dedicated 23 years of service to his country and proudly served during the Vietnam War. Preceded in death by his parents, Arthur & Marguerite... Yvonne had worked at Walmart in Harriman & Rockwood while her health permitted. She had a great love for children, especially her grandson, Kolden; her great-niece, Sophia; and her great-nephew, Cade.
